It depicts two children of the period skating on a frozen lake, within a wood. They are surrounded by birds and trees. The outer rim has sprigs of holly, intersperced with embossed subtle decoration of angels, bells and foliage. Gold rim. Diameter: 8.25" (20.5 cms) Royal Doulton black backstamp and Christmas poem, surrounded by sprigs of holly on base. Complete with original box.
